Yoga and mindfulness
Simple breathing, stretching and calming routines help children manage energy, focus and stress.

Movement is not a break from learning — it is part of it. Regular sport, games and yoga help children concentrate, build resilience and enjoy school.
Our physical education programme builds fundamental movement skills — running, jumping, throwing, catching, balancing — before introducing team games and sports. Children learn rules, fair play and how to be a gracious winner and a good loser.
PE lessons are planned for every grade and adapted for age. Young children enjoy movement games, relays and obstacle courses; older students practise sport-specific skills, fitness routines and team strategies.
